Travel is back with a vengeance! I am so excited to share our newly re-imagined show, “OH THE PEOPLE YOU MEET with Michaela Guzy” – we’ve waited over two years until the world safely reopened. Imagine, back in March of 2020 was when we were set to launch season one – not exactly the right time for a show about sustainable travel + human connection. But we’re finally here, just in time for our 10th Anniversary!

Our first episode launched on KTLA+ in Los Angeles, CA on April 24th at 11am PT – just in time for the launch of Alaska cruising season on April 23rd (most travelers sail: May-Sept). This was the first time the OTPYM crew and I were able to come together again to film our journey from Seattle to Alaska on board the first domestic cruise for Norwegian Cruise Line – a life changing experience. We only reached the tip of the iceberg in this episode, but we’re so unbelievably inspired by the local people we met welcoming us to explore Alaska’s untouched nature, abundant wildlife, countless adventures and the culture + traditions of the indigenous people. Our trip to Alaska wasn’t just a fun vacation, but a testament to how travel can be a force of good in creating sustainable jobs for local people.
