The Dubrovnik City Walls + Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik in Dalmatia, Croatia.

Even before GOT I dreamt of visiting this historic + stunning city. Our local hosts showed us around their fortressed city walls, including our guide from who shared how the hit series Game Of Thrones made UNESCO sites even more famous. We met an artist who teaches kids about up cycling and shipbuilding.

To learn how locals live in Zagreb, the capital and largest city in Croatia, highly recommended heading out on foot to a Spica on Saturday morning. Be warned, Croatians drink a lot of coffee.

Our local host Jurica Puskar, took us on a walking tour of all the major attractions, through markets, hidden lane ways, shopping for locally made hats by Kobali + had a few surprises up his sleeve.
