Tania (rhymes with lasagna) went on her first major trip at 18 months old from Canada to New Zealand to visit her mother’s side of the family. Good habits start young. When she’s not writing about health, business, social issues and running in Canada, she’s planning her next trip. She’s lived in Kathmandu and Oaxaca, whispered about the Dalai Lama in Lhasa, studied in New York City, worked 3 a.m. news writing shifts in Manhattan, danced in Delhi and prayed in Amritsar, surfed in Australia, Barcelona and Montauk, and gone under the sea in Thailand and Australia.
