Super stoked to share our first video on Tourism Vancouver, Canada.
Canada, eh? Join us as we visit our neighbor to the north(west), in the naturally stunning city of Vancouver. “Van” is one of the most ethnically and linguistically diverse cities in Canada with 52% of its residents have a first language other than English. The city boasts a youthful dichotomy of natural abundance and cultural influences from across the globe– quite literally a city set in a rainforest. From waterfronts and mountain tops, to cobbled streets and shops, we meet local natives along the way, who takes us through the historic Gastown neighborhood by foot, exploring everything from a shop supporting underprivileged street artists to a boot-maker who has been in business since 1833.
Bring your sea legs because we go fish for what’s in season with sustainable seafood supplier, Organic Ocean, and bring your fresh catch to the kitchen of The Fairmont Pacific Rim to make dinner! And let’s be real…what’s fresh sushi without your own homemade sake? We uncover the perfect combo of Japanese tradition with a Canadian modern touch, bubbly sake, custom made by a Vancouver local sake-making artisan.
With talented, generous inhabitants and artfully crafted local food and drink, no wonder Vancouver is the best city to call home!
Special thanks to: Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, JJ’s Eyelashes, Organic Ocean, Sisley Paris, and the City of Vancouver Parks & Recreation.
